I have just visited the Central Park which is located in Kharghar Navi Mumbai. I have also taken some photographs of the park those you can see below the following information.
Infrastructure:
Central Park Navi Mumbai is spreads over an area of around 80 Hectares in Sectors 23, 24 & 25 of Karghar Node.
List of Major Attractions at Central Park:
Musical Instrument Park, Theme Park,Amphitheater, Revolving Restaurant, Virtual Herbarium, Conservatory, Yoga Park, Amusement Park, Child Play Park, Play Ground.
Location:
Central Park, Kharghar sector 23, 24, and 25, Navi Mumbai. Near Isckon Temple Kharghar Navi Mumbai.
How to Reach:
You can catch the NMMT Bus from Kharghar Station. Bus No. 54. Stop Name: Central Park.
By an Auto: You can hire an Auto from Kharghar Sation to reach Central Park,Kharghar.
It was really a very nice experience to be there and I have enjoyed this visit very much. I know that by reading the above information and by looking out the following pics you will definitely plan to visit this beautiful place.

Actually, I don't know the official timings but, as per my knowledge, you can visit the park in the Evening betn. 4 pm to 8 pm. and In morning betn 7am to 11am. (abt morning timings I m not sure.)

Zameer A Zerdi, hi today visit the park and enjoy my family to great extend, found well planed park with beautiful pathways & have too sitting arrangement around play park. After visiting the park planning to shift the Khargar which surrounded by nature.
